Before logging into our secure TaxDome portal, take a few minutes to gather the documents below. Having these ready will make the process faster, smoother, and help us prepare your return accurately.
You don’t need everything listed — just what applies to you.
Personal Information
Social Security numbers (or ITINs) for you, your spouse, and dependents
Dates of birth for all dependents
Last year’s tax return (if you’re a new client)
Photo ID such as a driver's license (for identity verification, if requested)
If you are claiming dependents, you will need to provide documentation showing their name, date of birth/age, address, and relationship to you.

1099-INT/1099-DIV (bank interest and dividends)
1099-B/Consolidated Brokerage Statements (investment sales)

Rental income and expense summaries
Mortgage interest statements (Form 1098)

HOA fees

Closing statements for any property bought or sold during the tax year
Self-Employment/Business Owners

Vehicle mileage information (business vs. personal)
Prior-year depreciation schedules (if available)
